Shipping & Returns

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Here are our standard delivery windows:

• Domestic (Turkey): 2–4 business days
• Europe: 5–8 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
• Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Free shipping is available on all orders over ₺2,000. Orders under ₺2,000 are subject to a flat ₺500 shipping fee.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We want you to love your Lavoggue purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in the original Lavoggue packaging

To initiate a return, please email us at info@lavoggue.com with your order number and reason for return.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
